Gateways To Space, was incorporated in October, 1988 to enable their efforts to use cartoon characters to promote NASA and the space program. In 1995, Gateways To Space, Inc. Launched its first Video release, "Star Scouts visit NASA" and sold more than 100,000 copies. In 1998 the founders sold their shareholder position to a Multimedia Entertainment Company in Orlando, Florida. In February 2000 Gateways To Space, Inc. reversed its shares 10:1 and changed its name to eMax Corporation. Its ticker symbol became 'EMAX". In May 2004 eMax Corporation reversed its shares 14:1 and changed its name to eMax Holdings Corporation. Its ticker symbol became 'EMXC".
