Dear Shareholders,
We would like to take
this moment to bring you up-to-date about eMax Holdings Corporation. Let us
begin by briefly recapping the history of the company.
In 1999, new
management bought control of the company from the founders and changed the
name to eMax Corporation, restructuring it into a holding company and
focused on multimedia and family entertainment investments. Today the
company is known as eMax Holdings Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: EMXC).
Investors in this
company through the years have all took faith in management's abilities to
accomplish the each and every goal successfully. eMax Holding's Management
is a group of individuals that believe in earnest hard work and doing
positive things with our efforts to provide family valued entertainment,
broadcasting, communication networks, and programs that may help to make a
difference all over the world.
I am blessed each and
every day because I get the joy of working with some of the most
experienced, most respected men and woman in the world. It is rarity in life
for a group of like minds to have the same morals, values, ethics, and
visions.

strategic plan was to grow up some day to be a holding company that holds a
interests in a other companies in hopes they would grow up to be huge
companies, in their own right. To date, there is now five companies that we
are very proud to be a capital partner for over the past five years now.
Thus this next year for the first time, and way late getting this
accomplished, but our shareholders will see at least two dividends
distributed to them.
