eMax Music's principal business is the wholesale distribution of pre-recorded music in the form of compact diskettes ("CD's), cassette tapes, and other entertainment related products such as video tapes, Digital Video Diskettes ("DVD's), and to a much lesser extent music or entertainment related apparel, such as t-shirts.

The company has founded the wholly owned subsidiary eMax Music International to produce compositions of such types of music as gospel, adult contemporary, country, Top 40, Blues, Rock, Instrumental, Rock & Roll, Jazz, Pop, Classical and Easy Listening, Big Band, and R&B.

All music will be recorded and manufactured and distributed by eMax. The music CD's and cassette tapes will be distributed through to retail merchant chains such as Wal-Mart, Target, Tower Records, and many others and will be marketed as new collectors sets via television commercials and the internet.

eMax’s concept is to produce, distribute and market music and family entertainment globally. A fast moving, aggressive, cutting edge, and new wave music company that will operate faster, move quicker, more forward looking than the major companies, and we are going to do this in a time frame that will enable us to enter as a first entry position company, so that when other companies wish to catch up and play in the new digital music and media distribution industries we will be ahead of the industry leaders. EMAX 's recorded music is marketed under various labels, including the proprietary labels "EMAX Classics", "EMAX Records" and "EMAX Collectibles".

EMAX will increase distribution of their products by the way of increasing product lines distributed to current customers, acquiring other music distribution and publishing companies and partnering with other media distributors by way of joint ventures and licensing relationships.
