eMax TV is developing a twenty-four
hour broadcast network showcasing all family entertainment movies ,
television shows, and music. eMAX ALIVE NETWORK will license to
numerous satellite and cable
broadcast networks that will broadcast programming to directly
compete with the Paxson Network, the Fox Family Network, Nickleodeon
and other family entertainment television networks.
Developing 24 hour broadcast network of family oriented TV
classic programming and new programming produced by eMax.
Purchasing 12 hours per day of programming on 16 independent
television stations and will increase station placement over next
year.
