EntertainMax Worldwide licensed its entertaiment properties to eMax Media Group in year 2007. eMax Media Group is a global music, multimedia, entertainment and broadcasting company that offers high-quality products and services focused in the areas of pre-recorded music, feature film and TV production, concert and sports events, and merchandising. EntertainMax Worldwide owns independent record labels and studios competing with other family entertainment companies and is in the process of launching a 24-hour broadcast network. This network will showcase family music, film entertainment and Christian television programming. EntertainMax also distributes EMAX music, video products.

eMax Media Group and EntertainMax Worldwide, Inc. is building a worldwide digital and broadcast multimedia conglomerate through mergers and acquisitions to launch a twenty-four hour broadcast network showcasing all varieties of family valued entertainment. It will license it's programming to satellite, internet and cable broadcast networks directly competing with the major networks. eMax expects to open a full media production and post-production facility in Tennessee. The company also plans to utilize these channels to license, market, and/or distribute music and video offerings with more than 9,500 titles. These titles are licensed catalog of original songs recorded and released by many legendary artists.
